Bourbons

The bourbon is the footsoldier of the biscuit tin. It stands to reason that the consumers of the bourbon also bear these characteristics, like an owner coming to resemble its dog.

Jaffa Cakes

You’ll painstakingly tell everyone a long-winded story about how EU regulation means it has to be called a “cake” to avoid tax, but it out-and-out is actually a biscuit. You voted for Brexit.

One of the best for dunking in tea I reckon. Although my newest dunker is a jive, Aldi’s version of a twix, real twin don’t work. Bite each end off, then use it as a straw to suck up the hot tea, it cools before it his your mouth so you won’t get scalded, after a few seconds stick the whole thing in your mouth, the biscuit melts in your mouth and the caramel is all soft and gooey. Lovely.

If the Garibaldi – simply two, thin biscuit oblongs rammed with squashed currants – grabs you, we can safely say you’re a complex soul.

It’s seemingly bland AF, but surprisingly sweet and satisfying.

Named after the Italian general and well-known fly-hater Giuseppe Garibaldi, this biscuit may well also be admired by your mate Gary with no hair.

No! We’re better than that.

I don't have a favourite biscuit. There are some I favour over others like garibaldi and lemon puffs, but I rarely eat biscuits to find a favourite.

I munch whatever anyone else has in their cupboard.

I love for rolls but I don't consider them to be a biscuit.

"Dipping . Ginger nut

Not dipping . Choclate digestive

Ginger Nut lovers are most likely to …

Be female

Wish they were more sophisticated

Most want to hang out with Russell Brand and Adele

Describe themselves as ‘feisty’

Take a trip to Tokyo for their holiday"

Dunking a ginger nut for me also.

2 out of 4 of above applies.
