My rant is:

You go to the gym to workout and do exercise ... it is not a fashion parade or a beauty parlour, it is not about strutting around in Lycra showing off.

If you finish a workout with perfect make-up and hair ... you haven’t been working hard enough.

I know this is me being a grumpy old man but it is my rant.
