"Oreos are vegan! Supermarket own brand bourbon and jaffa cakes are are sometimes dairy free if they use plain chocolate but check the label first. Some basic jam tarts. Fry's chocolate cream bars. Party rings. Prawn cocktail walkers crisps. Tortilla chips and salsa. Chilli heatwave Doritos. Paprika, BBQ and smokey bacon pringles. Aldi sell chocolate covered marzipan that's dairy free. A lot of the alpro soya stuff is yummy! If you're wanting some thing a bit healthier - nuts, rice crackers, nakd range, dried fruit, kids fruit snacks, peanut butter and banana on a bagel, dates filled with peanut butter, olives, houmous, spring rolls." That's a heroic list, I'm going to have to get a trolley instead of a basket now . Much appreciated!!

I went dairy free for years. I've started weight lifting now though and it's hard to get enough protein without dairy as I don't eat meat but I'm working on it.
