Anyone else on here do this ?

Just finished making about 300 litres of apple juice, 200 of which is now fermenting away, the other 100 will be kept as juice.

Not yet - but just moved to a lovely place with a few very fruitful apple and pear trees (and a plum tree) - so next year will be doing our first batch x
