For the lynch mob here this is no defence of any allegations Mr P Green may or may not face....

But why is acceptable for a career politician to stand up in direct contravention of the courts and act to breach the law simply because he can hide behind parliamentary privilege flout the will of the court and avoid the consequences of that action

If Mr P Hain had any balls at all he would not be hiding behind his privileged position to throw bricks at another....despite his "liberal" background

Have to say I view it the other way and think he has shown balls by naming him.

Imagine the Weinstein case, if he had managed to hide but then it all came out due to someone doing the 'wrong' thing and finger pointing...that's 2 wrongs making a right for me!

If he is named but proved innocent then that’s a poor show. Although one could argue that naming him as being suspected gives women the chance to avoid him. If he’s proved guilty I think he should be sent to live on South Georgia.
