Ive got a date on saturday with a very nice young man. Where going for lunch, going to the market and town hall square to see the carol singers and take in the festive spirit. But if he thinks im going anywhere near a clothes shop, electric shop of dvd shop he can think again

had to pop into MnS 24th Dec last year to pick up a pre order thingie, there were several guys lookin lost with a sort of 'near panic 1000 yard stare'..

one guy was clearly trying to describe the size of his wife to the assistant, at one point he raised a hand in a 'cupping' gesture then turned and pointed toward a lady shopper..

how the assistant kept a straight face..

Sh!t....is it xmas already?? Good job the local garage is open 24 hrs, they're bound to have some crappy CDs or nearly-out-of-date chocolate bars I can get for people.

Anyway, I'm sure there's a law of nature that prevents us fellas from shopping any earlier than a few days before Christmas.
