Good evening Friends Fabbers and Forumites.

What a jolly busy but rewarding day . Massive busy day in work with people off . Heads down hard woek . Then home for a glorious wander with pooch . A chance to just enjoy the peace and quiet of a woodland in autumn .

Getting home and getting out with pooch really makes my day and makes me smile like a silly sausage . The thoughts of splendid wanders and good company in the beautiful countryside and coastline keep me motivated all day .

So dear friends what keeps you motivated and positive in life? Share those wonderful thoughts.

Taff and Pooch

a young lad who is only 15 and wants to get into motorbike racing.

i see plenty of things in him i use to do at his age and it feels great to be able to tell him things and he actually listens.

i got friends at yamaha watching him also so hoping he gets picked up for a team next season even if its only in a role between his school holidays.

in return for my time he comes round and learns how to build bikes with me before they go to customers.

always asking questions and fearless.

what it is to be young.

Judging by a lot of people that I come across; being safe in the knowledge that I'm not a twat keeps me plotting the same course.

Too many people have lost their way, I blame the social networking.

Just the will to crack on really. Keep getting better at things. It's motivation enough.

My children. I do my best every day not only to provide for them but to nurture them and show them they are loved, as well as trying to be a decent human being and a good role model for them.

Having crashed quite spectacularly with my mental heath a couple of months ago, the thing that motivates me most (other than my partner) is that if I give up the bastards will have won and they won't ever realise it

I just don't have the resilience, you'd be begging for about 0.6 seconds.
