Apparently it's an old Chinese saying. They believe that the act of simple kissing, cuddling and caressing without penetrative sex can increase your Chi.

I have to admit, when the mood is right, it's one of my favourite things. It looks like i'll be having a long and happy life.

Oh I like kissing and cuddling, I’ve got a lot of years go make up for. Must admit I can spend ages just kissing, getting very worked up then have to let it all go x
