This morning, after roasting seven bulbs of garlic last night, I've made a pot of purred garlic, lemon and chilli infused olive spread as well as a purred garlic, Italian herbs and lemon butter.

Totally agree, I’ve started using the ‘Very Lazy’ jars recently, chopped garlic, chopped smoked garlic, chopped ginger, chopped chilli. They are great and strength isn’t comprised at all

I put a clove in a sandwich, anything else that needs garlic needs more than 1 clove. Ditto pepper, a bit more is never a bad thing
