Yes I know it's boring but do any of you long haired ladies leave conditioner on your hair overnight?

Or have you got any quick fix solutions for dry hair?

Mine just isn't in tip top condition.

No. Never leave conditioner in. Unless it's a leave in one or an oil.

If your hair isn't tip top then to a degree your general health or diet isn't.

Not a lot no, and I know I'm not drinking enough water.

Philip Kingsley elastisizer. Damp your hair and apply. Only needs 20 mins, but can leave on overnight. Read reviews on QVC. Reviews are not uploaded by QVC, they go through another reviewer. Strengthens your hair and gives sun protection.

Mayo is supposed to be good. Maybe Google it for proper instructions. Not very helpful sorry.

They also suggest using conditioner first then shampoo.

Traffic land

My daughter and I have been using hola coco, it was a bit expensive, but it’s improved the appearance of our hair and a little goes a long way. Mine is long and straight, my daughter’s is crazily curly. We use it once a week while we’re sat watching a film and it feels great after.

so near and yet so far....

When mine felt like straw, I used coconut oil/olive oil and wrapped it up in a hot/warm towel for 30mins or however long you can.

It worked for me, hair feels like hair again

My hair is pretty dry with being curly, I use Aussie conditioner and leave in conditioner which makes it soft and it smells amazing too

As you can guess, mine is dry very often. I leave conditioner in over night and then wash it out in the morning (or if I have a free day, I put conditioner in in the morning and rinse in the evening) and it helps so much. I only have one wee dry patch, and it’s where I straighten it because it curls up

I only ever condition the tips of my hair as I find conditioner makes my hair lank and greasy.

I've been using that Head and Shoulders that apparently people offer their spleen for and it's lush.

I use an elvive shampoo, conditioner and five minute mask every time I wash my hair. I never wash it more than twice a week. I always use mythic oil and heat protection before I dry it and a serum after.

I think as we grow older our hair needs more care
