Wow was at u2 gig in Manchester on Saturday what a show

Anyone else???

I know u2 gets a lot of rants and dislikes but for me they are up there with my all time great bands

The show was amazing and was based around the era of the band I love the most achtung baby

Thanks mate

Mobility was okish the venue staff were amazing letting us dodge some crowd on entry and through security checks, even got advised use the lift to standing area and go up to our seats (thank god loads of steps and small half steps which caused problems)

Issues had were other gig goers had 2 guys nearly push me over cos I was allowed go up a ramp an obviously meant skipped bit of line so they pushed past making a comment and one shoulder barged me (that was horrid)

I love gigs and go many many gigs and last one sat down and was amazing (sept but small venue staff and gig goers were amazing that one giving me space and time) everyone stood even when asked em to pls sit cos I stood to see but after 45-60mins I was suffering so had sit but then meant couldn’t see, so had stand (they played 2.5-3 hrs) so end of gig was sore muscles knackered and felt a limped to car.

All being that lol u2 were amazing I love to songs they did more my fav stuff and spent too much on merch lol

it was a fantastic concert I was with my terminally ill hubby pushing his wheelchair was a nightmare x glad u had a good night x

Was very busy but amazing great gig
