"Live Aid " Legendary gig. That and the Freddie Mercury tribute are probably the ones I would have most liked to have been to.

"The Prodigy at V festival 97 was pretty awesome. As were Kasabian at Reading a couple years back. But the gig that beat them all for me would have to be Ash's ten year anniversary of Free All Angels tour at the Bristol Academy in 2011. Intimate venue and an absolute knockout performance! " Think I was at that. The staffs one though. Prodigy taking about 'the motherfucking pizza king' food van. Feeling the bass in your belly.

"So far, Stone Sour at Rock City a few months ago. Not the biggest but one of our first gigs together with some songs (especially one) that really mean something to us. Either that or Rage Against The Machine at Reading 96 with 50,000 people singing ‘fuck you I won’t do what you tell me’ I know SSS would have different ones as he has more to choose from but that’s my offering. TB" Yeah seen stone sour fair few times, always great live. Not the same without Jim root though! Still not sure how I survived the Ratm mosh pit.

"Smashing Pumpkins - probably around 1994/95 in Glasgow - just an awesome wall of sound and lights. I remember standing mouth open with goosebumps during Silverfuck! " Jealous. Classic line up back then wasn't it?

"I've been to some fantastic stadium and arena gigs - Muse, Biffy Clyro, Kasabian, Foos - but the most amazing one was seeing Portishead in London's Eve club in 1994 where they showcased their debut album Dummy for more or less the first time. It was so intimate, the stage was tiny, I was stood just two feet away from Beth Gibbons and it sounded magical in a very confined space. "

"Thunder, supporting Heart in about 1990...they were bloody amazing! A close second would be Incubus, I went on my own at a very difficult time but it was more than worth it " I saw Thunder at the MK Bowl in 1991; ZZ Top and Brian Adams (I think; it was a very long day! )

"NOFX in the venue,Edinburgh. Tiny place couple of hundred bodies.. place went mental! Bad Religion in the GARAGE, Glasgow. Rammed solid with 400 bodies ish. So much energy... Metallica, Download festival, secret gig in the tent... Will never get that every again. 2000 bodies and a whole hour of fast paced hit after hit... blew the roof of... Mistress Amelia x " Not a Metallica fan. But I’ve been blown away by nofx and bad religion before. Also Propagandhi, they always kill it. As do Comeback Kid, and Sick of it all. These bands are amazing every time.

"Prince, Lovesexy tour, Wembley Arena, front row seats.? Bloody hell " That was my first gig! Incredible show. Was lucky enough to see him a few more times, the last being one of his Hit’n’Run shows at the Electric Ballroom in Camden. Which would have to be my pick. Three hours queuing for a ticket on the night chatting to people, £10 to get in, tiny venue so really close, and a blistering 2 hour set. At the end everyone was just in sheer disbelief at what they had just witnessed.
