If your dog has a pooh pick the bloody thing up... once again I've stood in a pile of sh##t

It should be common practice to find the owner and rub there faces in it

All you need is a doggy poo bag. Pick it up and the the top. No excuse. Just the it in the bin when you come across one.

There is no excuse not to pick it up or keep the dog on a lead

We get here too as our garden backs onto a country lane and they throw shit bags over the garden.

We name and shame them on our local village Facebook page. Great fun

Lanarkshire

I was in the countryside in the South West of Scotland earlier this week. Cattle had shat everywhere. Farmers should be made to do something about this.

I would go to the countryside more often if the farmers actually cleaned up all the animal shit. That's what the countryside is basically - a big animal toilet.

It wasn't just the cows. I saw pigs, deer, sheep and two hares. No-one cleaning up after any of them.

When you say everywhere you mean the fields they actually own?

Farmers often illegally allow sheep to enter and damage woodland. But fields, what more can one expect than to be walking in it?
