G&T supposedly helps combat hay fever!

Might be wheat allergy.

Could be worth trying a gluten or wheat free gin and seeing if that makes a difference.

I react badly nowadays drinking some wines, particularly the German whites that I demolished bottles of as a teen. Even a few sips makes me tight chested, breathless, hot & aggitated. Its horrible.

Funny you should say that, I’ve had the p taken out of me as when I commented on feeling headachey they’ve said it’s the gin not the tonic...

Tonic certainly wasn’t a pick up for me..
