They are varied in everything from texture to content to taste to sweetness

You will find one you like

If you are not vegan , eggs and milk are your friends and good value

Then whole grains and pulses

Lentils are fab in a veggie curry , well in anything '

There are some excellent cheeses which are both low fat and low calorie

Skyr is amazing as is cottage cheese

However try not to fall foul of the eat loads school of bulking

Most mortals will struggle to add more than a kilo of lean muscle mass per month , and that would be with good diet and good training

Thus if you're adding much more than a kilo per month it would be fat and or water

Did I mention eggs xxx

"Soya Beans is what you need "

They are helpful

Obviously there is the suggestion they contain a compound that mimics oestrogen

Best advice , is avoid single food solutions

As a vegetarian eating a wide variety of foods will give your body the amino acids you need

Try an MRP (Meal Replacement) powder such as Myprotein Whole Fuel. That will give you an extra 450 quality calories per serving, so two a day inbetween meals and you'll bulk if you're training hard

That’s calories not protein. And it’s called Hule ..... cos that’s what it makes you do.

Any whey protein drink or shake will help bulk you up if you are doing exercises to bulk up.

Creatine

CLA

BCAA

All help muscles repair, burn fat and help muscle develope.

eat 6 meals a day and about 5 protein shakes.

you'll feel full and like you want to be sick for a first few days but keep at it and soon you'll start to put it on.

remember though, with protein if your body doesnt use it you will be in the toilet a lot more so invest in a few packets of wet wipes as well.

Yes, I'd say that's the correct prognosis. He had a protein shake, and a Yorkie.
