Yes...I would be totally scuppered without it..

Memory like a goldfish, one laptop around the bowl and I have forgotten what it have done...

I sometimes read it and it's like that moment the morning after the night before when you read all the text messages from your friends and you think to yourself "holy shit, did I really do that!"

No as I hate writing at the best of times.For appointments,reminders,birthdays etc I just use my phone calender

I keep three. One with everything that’s booked in work-wise, appointments etc, one full of personal things like birthdays etc and finally one that I write in at night about what has gone on through the day.

Not as such but I do have to write all my appointments down in 2 separate places otherwise i would never get anywhere ..
