Re joined the gym today and i put my old gym leggings on. As soon as i walk/move in them they fall down so i end up with them under my butt cheeks on any equipment

Not a good look!

Looking to buy some new bits can anyone recommend any brands shops etc that do the job and stay up!

Hefty Hideaway

Sainsburys TU range is a nice inexpensive place to start.

Sports Direct is good - especially for sports bras.

Sainsburys Tu clothing only goes up to a size 22 with occasional things up to a 24 so it depends on what size you need. Some things are a generous fit though.

(I work for them lol)

These ones i have on are a 20 from asda but these are the ones that fall down they fit lovely though so maybe they are too big thats why they fall down.

I’ve never had an issue with hold from TU stuff or Adidas but Nike always fit too snug for me. They definitely stay up... just look awful on me

I find Asda are really good but you might need the next side down.

I'm a curvy 14 with chunky legs and the medium fits great.

Sometimes they warm up as you exercise/sweat and then they fit like a glove ...

I have a pair of New Balance leggings (too big) and Under Armour (a tad small) but once they warm up when I’m running they stay up. I have to pull them up the first kilometre or so, lol

I wish this was true for me but these ones seem to get bigger or i run and jiggle more because the longer they are on the more they fall down

Wobble wobble

If they are falling down if you look at rashguards and spats, tatami & ravenfightwear do some compression wear, the raven especially goes up to some big sizes and have some fantastic designs, all with a grip strip around the waist (tops as well to stop it riding up)

Does Google give personal recommendations from other plus sized women as to where they found the best fitting clothes?!

Leeds + Newcastle

ASOS + Simply Be do decent plus size gym gear but Karrimor leggings come very highly recommended if you're at the lower plus size
