I've always been quite lucky, I've aged like a fine wine I reckon and people seem to genuinely be surprised when I tell them I'm nearly 40

I used to love it when I was in my 20's and people would ask how old I was, I'd always add 10 years and bask in the adoration as I was bestowed with compliments about how amazing I looked

I'm 48 keep myself reasonably fit and healthy.. It's the laughter lines .. I keep getting more As the years roll in ... Age is just a number I keep getting told .. I often date girls in their early 30s and they have no idea until I tell them I have tattoos older than them .. lol .. I think that's what keeps me young... I'm still 21 in my little world.. x

Well I’m 52, still got my own hair and all of my own teeth. I can still get it up when I want and am doing 20,000 steps a day at work.
