Have 6 litres of vegetable stew simmering away on he stove in one pot.....meatballs in a tomato sauce simmering in another.....a bolognese mixture simering in yet another pot.....wholemeal bread dough and my white bread dough are proving.....the sun is hinin and ther are seals frolicking in the bay outside the kitchen window....I even have the old biddies who usually win all the baking competitions asking me for my mince pie recipe!!!!
