I (mrs) love a bit of fisting. Start slow and insert one finger at a time as and when it's stretched and wet enough untill everythings in and it doesn't hurt although can be a bit tender the day after. No it’s not uncomfortable, I do have to be very turned on though to do it. And as I only allow my mr to do it I don’t insist on gloves as he washes his hands first. And yes I can get an orgasm through fingering in itself x
