I'm baffled as to why people feel the need?

Surely their are forums to share more personal issues with than a swinging site??

Maybe because the majority of responses are supportive.

Maybe because some people don't have anyone else they feel comfortable talking to about certain things?

If posts on Fab "amaze and astound" you maybe try not reading them.

Exactly, I’ve had a lot of comfort from reading some of the threads in the lounge. It’s not always possible for me to be open about certain things in real life but on here I feel I have a lot more freedom.

Sometimes are concerned that I shared too much. But then there is a group of people hear that so often supportive, and also are in some ways, somewhat anonymous so I can get things off my chest, that maybe I couldn't say to my friends and family.

I can also get unbiased opinions from forumites.

I like the fact I can talk openly about my sexuality. I have friends I can talk to but they're not as open minded or relaxed plus on here I don't have to look at people's faces and get shy!

I wouldn't share too much about my actual life though, I feel like that's a separate part of me and since I don't share fab with my family and friends then I won't share them with fab either.

As a single I have to chat for some time and get to know someone before I would even consider a social. I have to be attracted to a personality as well as looks and need to feel comfortable about someone. If someone was reluctant to chat about day to day stuff I would feel uneasy and not meet. If I am going to invite someone to my home; I need to know I will be safe.

People share what they feel comfortable sharing in the forums. Some more than others and if OP you do approve of other peoples choices then it's easy not to interact with them.

Me. I'm just a caveman. But there are things I do not share on here that I may in pm"s.

Each chooses their own way. And sporting others choices just seems a little more grown up than criticising them....
