Don't you just hate....

...switching the light on when it's time to get up.

Not only does it remind you that winter is here, the bulb almost blinds you and you struggle to focus for a while

I much prefer spring/summer mornings when the lights are not required.

I've got some Philips Hue bulbs in my bedroom, set to fade up to daylight white in the half hour before the alarm. This helps immensely for not being blinded first thing in the morning and makes me far less reluctant to get out of bed as it feels like a nice bright morning.

Of course, you then have to deal with the disappointment of it not being a nice bright morning when you leave the bedroom

I quite like dark mornings. One last snuggle under the covers before dashing for a shower.

Is hate to live somewhere where there's lite distinction between the seasons

Get a job with an annualised salary.. Get paid once a year and do all the work in the colder darker months then take time off in the summer lol

I hate this time of year. Sure I suffer from SAD. I want to feel the sun on my bare skin, wear little skirts and pretty sandles. Come back summer all is forgiven
