"I've being on it for a while, it's a little odd I've found! It's about making you feel full and only eating when you are hungry. "Anyone found it successful to get in shape? Is a fast day minimum calories?" It bullshit just eat less calories keep a food diary include your milk in your tea or coffee butter on your bread find out where you're picking up the extra calories and fix it. There are free apps for this. | |||
