Its just genuinely frustrating , i was hiring for 15 positions , 163 interviews conducted of which 36 offered sexual favours for the job 22% is way too high | |||

Prostitution is not illegal and reporting would achieve no result.
Its just genuinely frustrating , i was hiring for 15 positions , 163 interviews conducted of which 36 offered sexual favours for the job
22% is way too high "You must work in a really shitty industry in a really shitty part of the country. I've been interviewing for almost 20 years and a senior purchasing authority for 15. Most I've ever been offered is lunch. | |||

I've never been offered anything sexual, however, I have interviewed quite a few men who were so arrogant, there wasn't a cat chance in hell they would have taken instruction from a woman! My only assumption is people think its okay as I'm young and got a reputation for doing the daring things. | |||
