Can we please refer to surgically enhanced breasts as surgically enhanced rather than fake?

Fake breasts are removable or are photoshopped on a photo.

I know we all have preferences etc however there are people on here who have had elective and non elective surgery for a multitude of reasons, including reconstruction, augmentation or as part of gender reassignment.

Do we refer to the genitals of a post op woman as a fake pussy?

No, the worlds too pc now far too many snowflakes, to me theyre fakes. Both my mum and sister have had them removed and fakes fitted due to cancer and they refer to them as fakes.

If its not real then what is something? Are we going down the same route with the word becoming offensive as we seem to be with the word fat or skinny?

If its not offensive then let people use what words they feel happiest with.

And it is their choice to refer to their own as fakes. And of course we only have your word for it.
