Policing of bodies in advertising

Reading in the news the advertising standards agency has band 3 Nasty Gal adds on account of the size 8 model appearing to be too thin to be healthy. To what extent should we police the body shapes seen in advertising and should/would this be the case for a model deemed unhealthy over weight?

Thats just a minefield you can argue points both ways. On one hand should we body same? on the other are we not supposed to be promoting healthy living and getting people fit? I would say excessive either way isn't good for advertising.

Anything out with a healthy body weight should not be promoted x
