I need lots of caffeine during the day as I move around a lot and I usually have 2 cups of coffee

I have two in the morning when at work and one when I get home, the rest of the time it is water or hot water with honey

None. I only drink water unless I need to stay awake (for the UFC on Sunday morning I had a can of Monster) or I’m drinking alcohol on a night out

I have only recently started drink decaf cappuccino and have approximately one a week.

I only drink decaf coffee so rarely have coffee except when at home. I drink tea when out. I mostly drink water though.

My coffee cup rarely gets cold, I spend £20 or so a week on coffee beans, but don't count the cups.

None. Caffeine has no effect on me, I can drink things with caffeine right before bed.

I go through sugar free flavoured water like it’s going out of fashion though!

I'm the same - I have at least 2 before work and about 3 at work - double shots of proper coffee- instant coffee is gross

If I have to drink it then Millicano isn't too bad.

I can't drink coffee, it gives me an upset stomach.

I don't drink tea because I hate the taste (I might do if there is nothing else and I'm freezing - as long as it has 4 spoonfuls of sugar).

I mainly drink hot chocolate, but only if I'm cold.
