Just watched the first of the new series. Jodie Whittaker was pretty good in the role as the Dr . Not as dry and sarcastic as the fantastic Peter Cipaldi but nonetheless not a bad start for the new incarnation.

Unimpressed, switched off half way through, plot was weaker than 0% Lager, wooden acting, best thing was the scenes at Hathersage Edge.

Same here disappointed

No theme tune

No Tardis

To many hangeron actors

"Bring back William Hartnell or David Tennant"

Or David Bradley as William Hartnell, the role he played in the drama Adventures In Time And Space.

DB played a brilliant Hartnell,

Or Reece Shearsmith resurrecting his part as Patrick Troughton in the same drama.
