Apparently if you tense/clench each muscle group starting from your toes and working up, you feel waayyy more comfortable in bed.. Use that trick often

Pillow spray

Sleeping pill

Read a book

Have a warm bath

Makes me when people come on here in the middle of the night saying they can't sleep....step away from your phone!
