Essex.

Frisky was talking to a guy at work the other day and he told her his tail of woe.

His van had been stolen with £10,000 of tools on board.

The van was recovered a couple of days later empty.

His insurance has paid out £600 for the tools.

The fine print at the end of his insurance policy, states that if the van is broken into and the tools are stolen, he gets a full pay out.

If the van is stolen and not recovered, he gets a full pay out.

However if the van is recovered without the tools, he only gets £600...

So if you keep your tools in your van, please check your insurance policy very carefully...

Insurance companies will try to wiggle out of anything if they can

I was half watching a morning program at work. It said some car insurance companies are not paying out, if there is no evidence of breaking in damage to cars.

Be careful to read all the small print at the bottom of the Insurance form so do not get caught out of pocket

The reason they put it in the small print is they don’t want anyone to read it.

I believe that in the Apple small print which we all click and agree, they retain the right to turn on your camera and or microphone when they want.

Do you believe in men in black as well? Apple were the people who tried to stop the Feds and our security services accessing iOS devices.

Check your phone insurance. An article during the week stated a chap who had his phone stolen got no payout as it was stolen from his house whilst he had a party. Not good seeing phones can cost upward of £700
