Getting it wrong

Where I live the tops from the recycling boxes had been going missing for a while, lots of rumours and suggestions as to who and why they had gone, they were all wrong, one of the pensioners who walks his dog in the early hours had been picking them up when it had been windy.

The Guy put a note through everyones door last night saying he had colected quite a few and anyone could call in and collect them from him.

I chatted to him this morning and he said he kept putting them over his fence into a corner and never normally went to that part of his garden so forgot he had them, I guess some owe the teenager at the bottom of the road an apology then

We have a box but it never came with a lid, I dont use mine as my son loves taking things to the recycling site but my neighbours empty beer bottles fills both his own and mine. No chance of being blown away with the amount of empties in it.
