Newcastle and Gateshead

today is traditionally the busiest day of the year for people working in A&E with all the xmas parties and accidents/d*unkiness that occurs...

so... to all those lovely docs and nurses... have a good day and hope it doesn't get too stressfull..

and to the general population... have a cracking night out, but don't do anything too silly!!!

Indeed, if you are unlucky enough to have a cardiac, be trapped in a car or some other near fatal experience not related to over consumption..

get in line behind the 'over indulging' ones..

feck being on duty in A&E or on an ambo tonight..

good luck folks..

I had my mad Friday last week (((shudder)))

This Friday is just mildly eccentric.

I once had to take a co-worker and we were there for four hours, on a weekday night.

I could not believe what the doctors and nurses had to put up with, abusive d*unks with minor injuries.

I tell you I would love the police to make those injuries worth complaining about.

Cardiff City centre are putting up "field hospitals" in prep for tonights goings on, as they know there will be 1,000's of people needing minor A&E treatment
