Just throwing this out there as we are looking to hire a house for TB’s 40th Birthday part next year. We want to invite about 10-15 couples that we know and then have a few more come for the evening so about 30-40 people.

Money isn’t the main issue here, it’s the ‘Immoral’ use of property that most big houses state in their terms and conditions which scares us as we don’t want to lose deposits etc if they find out.

My main question is to any party organisers on here, do you know if any large properties that have been hired with the full consent of the owners? Or if you have approached owners and just been upfront about it?

We don’t want to hold it in a club as the night before will be using it to host a more vanilla party for families and friends.

Any advice would be grateful and it needs to be in the Lincolnshire/Derbyshire/south York area to work for us

We’d rather stick to the same place rather than have to traipse around the country
