My favourite presenters were/are

Sir terry wogan

Jeremy vine

Sir terry wogan had a story tellers voice and jeremy vine has a relaxed unirritating educational voice

Not my favourite but this reminded me. Who remembers that thing on radio one where they played that awful tune whilst telling a love story someone sent in. Not sure who that was.

Mary Anne Hobbs is another- she has a voice like liquid velvet and pretty good taste in music
