I cant load peoples cams

Hi all, I do hope someone can help. I am pretty crap at computers, i am using google chrome on my netbook which by all accounts has the latest adobe flash software but i still cant view anyones cam in chat. Can anyone give me some advice as i love the site and would love to use this feature x
