Is there anyone who provides support to members who aren't as confident with how to approach this site? Lot of variation in expectation and response to messages

There isn't one specific person who provides support. You can ask questions in the forum though and most people will respond positively.

Do you mean there's a discrepancy in your expectations of response and the reality?

Have a look through previous forum threads too (you can search by thread title) and there’s lots of advice.
