To be fair if its only advertised on sites such as this, and a discretion policy is in place, it could work. Especially if its on the suburbs, locals will juat think its a normal bnb. Any possible clients could give a password upon contact, to show theyve got the place from here or similar.

Great if you can fill it with swingers if not why narrow your potential clients also how would you be if you had the press on your doorstep? Just food for thought good luck with what ever you decide.

Because everyone on this site is discreet? Also its a free site and I am sure the press and police check on it regularly.

Sounds a great idea OP but would be too much hassle in my view.

Hmm true but if you think of the clubs that are out there, how they go about avoiding such things. I think its doable, there will be bumps but nothing good comes easy(excuse the pun)
