Costa Blanca Spain...

Government departments and civil servants get a lot of stick these days, some deserved and some not.

However sometimes they get it spectacularly right.

I applied for a new passport using the on line system on the 21st Sept. Just over a week ago.

I filled in the application, uploaded my photo's and posted my old one back to the passport office in Liverpool.

All through the process I got email updates on the status of my application and today I received my shiny brand new passport in the post.

All in seven working days, and bear in mind that I'm in Germany.

Excellent service and a big well done to the passport office in Liverpool.

Any Fabbers that work there please take a big pat on the back, then again as a Fabber I could think of a few other things LOL.

Same...... cept i sent mine somewhere south for some stupid reason .... got the address from tinternet.
