We talking sexual or anything?

If anything I’m a toolmaker and once scrapped a £9000 aircraft part that I spent 7 days working on

Nope.. can't remember what the exact wording was but it was more or less you've left it unsecured and unattended your fault.

Company car so he was disciplined .

We had a new couple in the care home. They were sitting chatting to one of the residents so I thought they were family. Let them out and 10 minutes later the nurse comes to do the meds and asks where they were. Sprinted out and thankfully they were only half way down the hill x

Moved the entire company’s email system to a another server in a bit of an emergency situation, forgot all about it and after a couple of months, someone else wiped the server not knowing the email was on there.

I hadn’t changed the backups to backup the new server. Lost everyone’s email.

That was a bad day.
