Respect the wishes of all on here. My sadness comes when you think yes I want to message /wink them and you are outside age range.

Maybe not the number one issue in the world today, but it stops me messaging piella bakewell for one.

Think of it like this OP.

There may be a big bear of a man on here 6ft8 of a man with a cock the size of a prize marrow who wants you bad! BUT but he respects your preferences in not looking for men!

There is a way round it

Use the search function and check members in your age range that are looking for guys your age

Read their profile to see if 'older guys' get a mention

Then check for veris to see if they actually do meet older guys

You may find they have other reasons not to meet you, but at least you'll know it's not cos you're an old fart

Where's the dilemma OP - you don't meet their preferences simple as - I prefer to focus on those whose preferences I do meet rather than worry about those whose I don't.
