You’re fine for the 365 days you’re 45, but on your birthday, when Fab clicks you on to actually being 46, that’s the killer You’ll be fine chatting with people you’ve already messaged, but list 45 as their upper limit, but any new (potential) friends will cast you aside like an over-ripe tomato, and you will fall out of a huge amount of local searches too. A few months after that, you’ll consider altering your date of birth on your profile (you can do this once), and then later on, your current profile can be deleted, and you can start afresh, a couple of years younger, and get back under that 45 barrier once more. Many blokes do this and still get meets, but you do wonder what else they’re being untruthful about, if they can’t be honest about their age.

My age is correct btw

I agree. It’s very dishonest and to go through all that effort to get a meet would tell me that they’re willing to lie about other things too.

There is a guy local to me, who was 45 a few days ago, and now miraculously is 43, on the same profile. From what others have told me about him, he’s is 54. Another purports to be 47, he is 58

Lots of Fab guys lie about everything - even when there is no need. I saw a guy for a while who was Fab 41 but actually 55. He had a body to fit his Fab age and a face to fit his real age but he was very fit and active sexually. Unfortunately sites like Fab become like looking in a mail order catalogue - I don't care what age a man is as long as we have a connection and he can satisfy me sexually - that is why I am here.

I met with a guy a few months ago and luckily he recognised me cos I didn't him. He admitted his photo was about 6 years old but didn't seem concerned - only problem was he had gained about 5 stone since

I'm not overly concerned about how old the number indicates I am, I still don't feel any older than when I was 25. I'm just a little wiser now and have a few more life wrinkles but it's never been an issue.
