mis-types and auto corrects leads cock leeds

I exercise a bit I'm not a gym member so at home and if I've chance at work.. pretty basic stuff press ups bicep curls shoulder press sit ups and some squats .normally in reps of 50,40,30.

Recently the last week to 10 days during the first set of reps (press ups) after about 25 or so I've started experiencing a headache that starts at the back of my eyes and radiates to the crown of my head lasts anything for an hour after, if I exercise after it starts headache lasts much longer.

I'm going to book a gp appointment that's likely over 2 weeks away so I thought I'd ask if anyone had any suggestions?

Plymouth and Newcastle (sometimes)

Guillotines usually get rid of headaches.

I get them because of arthritis in my neck.

Dehydration? Try taking magnesium and zinc to replace salts that you lose.

Hiding in the shadows

If its happening while doing press ups, I would say look at your form & posture while in thst position.

Video yourself doing it is the easiest way.

You need to keep a neutral spine, totaly in line.

If not you will be putting pressure on nerves on your neck resulting in the headaches

Happens with all or any of the exercises.. I stopped doing the press ups thinking that might help..

My answer still stands.

I see guys all the time at the gym 'turtling' shoulders tense, chin jutting out, tendons in the neck straining.

Also breathing, are you holding your breath or inhaling/exhaling against the resistance?

Always breathing properly.. I'm not doing anything different from two weeks ago when the headaches started no extra weight or reps I can feel the pain start after about 10 -15 reps .. I'll get to the GPS have a chat with him. In the mean time I'll stop the exercising...

Let's hope it doesn't happen with sexercising.
