I've been on here for quite a while now but I still feel as though I must have lead a very sheltered life as I have no idea of what some people are even talking about on here and feel silly when someone asks...." do you do this or that? " and I haven't got a clue what it is....I blag my way through on occasions but it's not ideal when I get caught out

Me too, never had to google so much stuff! Seem to spend half my time thinking OMG is that really a thing. One of my lovely friends on here is now my personal urban dictionary but I think I brighten up his day with my questions

It really isn’t. I’ve spent a lot of time lurking in the forums. Again, I had no idea cuckolding was such a big thing before fab. Or squirting. My god - the obsession with squirting!

I've learned allsorts from being on here! I have to remember that when someone in 'real life' mentions something a bit kinky that I should look surprised.

And not go "oh yeah a gangbang is X and an orgy is Y".

Totally agree. Fab has been a real eye opener and "educational" .... though in both cases that's not always a good thing!

Even now, Her has to explain things and quite often point me to Urban Dictionary because I think she's winding me up!!! That's actually how I got my name. I would ask what something was. Her would explain. I'd go...hmmmmm.

But you have to be careful with this newly gained knowledge. If certain subjects crop up in conversation with non fab friends and you know all the answers, they will start to wonder why.
