Hiding in the shadows

Grew up in Derbyshire, left when I was 16.

Moved all over Britain with various jobs.

One of my favourite places was Watford, lived there for 5yrs, my eldest born there & some very happy memories.

Finally settled in a village on the Sussex coast and been here 20yrs now.

It's not perfect but it's close

I lived for many years in the West End, London. It was fabulous - definitely filthy, with pollution and certain to shorten life. It's a reasonable place to visit

Where have i lived?

7 different countries - France, Spain, Bolivia, Cyprus, Japan, Norway and England (goes without saying)

Bristol, Newport, London, Halifax, Glasgow, Manchester, Southampton.

It always seems like Bristol is my personal blackhole, because no matter where i go in the world ive always ended up being sucked back here
