Central line - London Underground

Who got caught in that mayhem this evening. Took me 3hours and a half to get home. Usually takes me 1hr 15mins

I think central line is the worst London Underground line. Your opinions

Statistically speaking your completely right. It's got the worst performance of any line. It is due an upgrade in the next few... years

I couldn't cope. I'm so lucky that im only an 8 minute car journey on very quiet, wide open country roads.

Downside is I can't walk home from the pub.

Oh I’m not sure. I use the Piccadilly line and it’s just as bad! They’re all a nightmare I think.

Seriously central line has always got a signal failure at least twice a week. The trains are really outdated and it goes through the heart of London. Needs upgrading

I'm in Hull. No problems here! But if you'd checked the TFL Website, it would've advised about signalling issues on the network. You could have travelled on other train or bus operators with your tickets being accepted.

Well this wouldn’t be a problem if I wasnt already on the train going westbound and stuck in a tunnel. Then getting off walking from Leyton to Stratford, to only then get to Stratford and them to stop letting people go into the station. so I am in east London getting a bus into south London during rush hour. No offence mate but until you’ve experienced the London rush can’t really condone tfl behaviour
