Being Liverpool area, mostly footballers, comedians & soap stars.

Bumped into Jamie Redknapp & Louise in Tesco once. Jamie Carragher in a bar, Ian Rush a few times, Ricky Tomlinson, Stan Boardman, Ian St John, half of the Liverpool & Everton teams from the 80’s & early 90’s. Few Brookside & Hollyoaks actors.

A friend met Paul McCartney recently when he was filming Carpool Karaoke - he was out for a walk & got chatting to her while she was throwing a ball for her dog!

Hefty Hideaway

Not the most famous people ever but I’ve been serenaded by John Lydon (Vera Lynn’s We’ll Meet Again if you’re interested) and Gordon Ramsey gave me a petit four. Kings of Leon shared their whiskey and I danced in Helloweens tour bus (I also blew up all their inflatable pumpkins before scattering them on the lawn). I made Gary Bah-low spell his surname, got a peck on the cheek from Gimli the dwarf and sent Prince Naseem packing out of a hotel suite which needed turning around stat.

Ah to be young and working in hotels. Good times.

In common with many on here there are loads I’ve met, many were and are very nice people

Some are not.

Cliff Richard is in the latter category, loathsome man.

We have friends who are famous and it’s strange to see people ask them for autographs when you know them.

I’ve been on front page of a very big national newspaper and on tv but I’m not famous at all!

Being as old as i am, and because of what i did for a living for the first 20 odd years of my working life. I did meet and work with a few famous people. I have no intention or even the available memory to name them all. What i will say though is that i met and worked with a guy that became a very good friend until the day he died. I still work with his son now as well because he has a great love for and admiration of his dad and every intention of keeping his dad's name in front of himself. Of course i'm talking about Frank Zappa and his son Dweezil. I miss Frank a lot, but whenever Dweezil show's up at my house it just brings it all back

I worked as a theatre actress and TV extra for a very long time so I’ve met plenty of celebrities.

My favourite one would be Sir Ian McKellen though, and as he’s my idol I was entirely star struck and could barely speak!

I was on a radio 1 special with Jonathan King in the late 1970s There was nothing untoward at all.

Went out in Camden as part of a group with someone else (well known singer) from the show and had a ball. Nothing dodgy whatsoever.

Sorry to be boring!
