mis-types and auto corrects leads cock leeds

Jailed for 10 years after being found guilty of drugging and sexually assaulting a lady... another 50 or so ladies have also claimed he assaulted them.

Fair sentence or not ?

ST. AUSTELL, CORNWALL

If he's done the crime he should do the time. It's fair.

Fair but he should have been prosecuted and sentenced years ago when things came to light. Defence lawyers delayed the trial for far too long.

Lucky he only got 10 years!

I suspect his age may have counted in his favour.

just for clarification he has been sentenced for "3 to 10" years... and because he is still in effect a 1st time offender, it is likely to be closer to the 3 rather than the 10....

the interesting thing at this point is does he finally go to jail today (he has been out awaiting sentencing) or whether they will allow him to stay out on appeal....

Should do the full 10 years for going not guilty.

"BBC reports three to ten years."

The radio I'd heard it was ten years ..looking on the Google net 3-10 I'm guessing the 3 will be when he becomes eligible for parole .

I'm a little sceptical about US justice when it comes to celebrities, I think they may let him out when he becomes frailer with age and can publicly garner a little sympathy. What about the other 50 or so women he's allegedly assaulted? Any of those testimonies in court would definitely put the nails in his coffin.

Statute of limitations prevented them.. the judge had allowed more of his alleged victims to testify at this trial.

"denied bail.... he is going to jail"

You can apply for bail after a conviction?
