I watched the video about it on this morning about a week ago, so M bought me one to try! I’ve used it two days in a row now, and to be honest it’s really easy to use. We’ve just had a little giggle with it by holding the thread I’m using (non waxed floss is the best) and you could feel my muscles tensing. I would honestly recommend it to any woman wanting to strengthen their pelvic floor muscles. You need to make sure they’re certified though as cheaper ones can have a rough surface and can cause damage! Ouch!

It’s not a love egg as such, you don’t keep it in for sexual purposes you just use it for exercise. It’s smoother and smaller than a love egg, it comes in different sizes and I think it’s heavier.

Well we just guessed to be honest, they do tell you the size in centimetres, I went for the medium to being with, which seems about right, hopefully I’ll work my way down to a small
