awwww...Laine...i've got salty windows too....about 150 yards from the shore here.....watching the poor ferry boat struggling to tie up.......all the passengers got told to put life jackets on earlier today.....scary !!!!

possibly the greatest ghost story of all time .....

although I prefer "A school Story" (same author) - I remember being told it on "a dark and stormy night" by my headmaster at boarding school when I was about 11 so it had a particular resonance.
