The Town by The Cross

No. I've watched telly, ate breakfast, hoovered through. Cooked and ate homemade aloo , looked for flats on zoopla , cleaned the bathroom , chatted on here, been for a swim , washed my kit, nipped to the shop , phoned a friend, been phoned by a friend. Spoke to my daughter and now i'm going to read or watch more telly while my aloo goes down. I'm sipping coffee right now .... Get up.

You only need to move when you can start to smell yourself

Got up at 1:30, I'm now on the sofa under a blanket, not yet able to smell myself. To answer your question, Lib, no I'm not still in bed.

She just accept the free spirit that I am.

I got up went for a run in the rain, went to Costa to warm up, then went back to bed.

Of course I'm not what kind of lazy bugger would still be in bed at this time ,unless they were a little poorly chops.
